Rachelle Lynch

With a strong background spanning both public accounting and industry roles, Rachelle specializes in guiding high-growth companies through complex accounting matters. Prior to joining KBF, Rachelle held management positions at both Connor Group and CFGI, where she gained valuable experience helping companies through technical accounting matters under US GAAP and IFRS, financial reporting, operational finance and audit readiness. Prior to working in consulting, Rachelle started her career in audit and assurance at KPMG and subsequently transitioned to W.P. Carey, where she was part of their closing group. Rachelle holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Accountant (BC, Canada).
