Nicholas McMahon

After receiving a Master’s of Taxation from the University of San Diego, Nick began his career in public accounting in 2014 at Deloitte where he spent 10 years addressing state and local income/franchise tax issues for clients across a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, alternative energy and manufacturing. In addition to his experience with state tax planning and compliance, Nick also has experience with assisting clients with ASC740 matters, state controversy, diligence, nexus reviews, voluntary disclosure agreements, and other consultative matters.
