Kerry Chow

Kerry began her career in public accounting as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance. She later moved into industry and brings more than 20 years of international experience leading finance and accounting functions for SaaS technology companies across startups to mature businesses. Her background includes overseeing global accounting operations, driving finance transformation initiatives, and supporting acquisitions as well as post-acquisition integrations.

Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of British Columbia and earned her Chartered Accountancy designation through the John Molson School of Business in Montreal. She is a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia, Canada.
