Robert Exeter

Robert is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of leadership across high-growth biotechnology, healthcare technology, and software organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to publicly traded, private equity, and venture-backed companies. Beginning his career in Big Four public accounting with KPMG, he developed a strong foundation in GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls before advancing into senior finance leadership roles overseeing FP&A, controllership, capital fundraising, and operational transformation. Robert has successfully led ERP implementations across global platforms, and driven SOX compliance and financial governance for both U.S. and international entities. Known for his disciplined, data-driven approach, he excels at building scalable financial infrastructures, optimizing cash flow, and enabling executive decision-making through transparent reporting and forecasting. A Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.
