Allen Plass

Allen Plass is a Senior Director at KBF Advisory with more than 30 years of experience advising corporate clients on complex tax accounting matters. A recognized authority in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, Allen specializes in helping public and private companies navigate technical tax issues while improving the effectiveness of their tax reporting processes.

Allen provides strategic guidance on income tax accounting, tax provision matters, and corporate tax consulting. In addition to serving clients, he leads KBF's internal training initiatives, helping develop the firm's professionals while maintaining the high technical standards that define KBF's corporate tax practice.

Before rejoining KBF, Allen spent eight years as a Managing Director with Ernst & Young, where he served as one of the firm's ASC 740 technical leaders for the West Region. He was also a member of EY's quality network and regularly instructed national ASC 740 training programs. His combined experience at both KBF and EY provides clients with exceptional technical depth and practical insight.
