Brandon Latulippe

Brandon joins KBF as a new Director within the Section 382 attribute practice, bringing 19 years of experience in Section 382. Brandon primarily focuses on advising corporate clients on the ability to utilize federal tax attributes to offset income. In addition, Brandon has expertise in consolidated return issues and the federal corporate income tax consequences of various transactions, including without limitation, bankruptcy, taxable and tax-free mergers, consolidated stock basis studies, earnings and profits analyses, transaction cost analyses)

Brandon has previously worked at Armanino, BDO, EY, and PwC over the past 19 years, focusing on the items above, as well as tax preparation, partnership taxation, tax accounting, and mutual funds. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bryant University and is an Enrolled Agent.
