Brandon Latulippe is a Director at KBF Advisory with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in Section 382 tax attribute planning and corporate taxation. He advises organizations on the utilization of federal tax attributes and the tax implications of complex corporate transactions.

Brandon's practice focuses on Section 382 analyses, consolidated return matters, tax attribute planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy-related tax issues, stock basis studies, earnings and profits analyses, and transaction cost reviews.
