Brian Kehoe

Brian is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in outsourced tax department services for medium to large enterprises. Brian has a strong focus on ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, serving multinational companies across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, biotech, mining, and restaurant/consumer products. His skill extends beyond tax accounting and compliance, encompassing complex transaction reporting such as initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations.

Brian graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a secondary concentration in Chemistry, and holds the Certified Public Accountant credential in the states of Illinois and Oregon.
