Bruce D. Larsen

Bruce D. Larsen is a Managing Director at KBF Advisory with more than 30 years of experience advising multinational corporations on complex corporate tax matters. His experience spans U.S. corporate taxation, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, international tax, tax accounting methods, stock-based compensation, research and development tax credits, and state and local taxation.

Bruce works closely with public and private companies to develop practical tax strategies, address complex technical issues, and support organizations through evolving tax and regulatory requirements. His extensive leadership experience enables him to provide thoughtful guidance on both strategic tax planning and day-to-day corporate tax operations.

Before joining KBF in 2015, Bruce spent 31 years with Ernst & Young, where he served as an Emeritus Partner and held numerous leadership positions, including leading the firm's tax practices in Irvine, San Diego, and Phoenix, as well as the West Region Technology, Communications, and Entertainment tax practice. Throughout his career, Bruce has also been an active speaker, author, and community leader, serving on numerous professional and nonprofit boards.
