Clark R. Dunn is a Managing Director at KBF Advisory with nearly 30 years of experience providing corporate tax and accounting services to both public and privately held businesses. His practice focuses on corporate taxation, multi-state tax planning, real estate, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses, helping clients develop practical tax strategies that support long-term growth.

Clark advises clients on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate acquisitions, multi-state tax compliance, tax planning, and ASC 740 accounting for income taxes. His experience includes managing complex tax research and consulting engagements, preparing and reviewing corporate tax provisions, and assisting public companies with financial statement tax reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
