Before joining KBF, David began his transfer pricing career with Arthur Andersen in London before spending more than 21 years with KPMG, where he advanced to Managing Director and led the firm's Pacific Northwest transfer pricing practice. A native of Portland, Oregon, David continues to serve clients throughout the United States on complex international tax matters.
