Emily Anderson

Emily Anderson is a Director at KBF Advisory with more than 15 years of experience specializing in corporate tax accounting for emerging growth and venture-backed companies. She focuses on helping clients navigate complex income tax accounting, compliance, and consulting matters throughout every stage of their business lifecycle.

Emily advises clients on ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, federal, state, and international tax compliance, and strategic tax consulting. She has extensive experience serving software-as-a-service (SaaS), biotechnology, and pre-public companies, helping organizations build scalable tax processes while preparing for continued growth. In addition to serving clients, Emily is actively involved in the firm's leadership and professional development initiatives.

Before joining KBF in 2012, Emily worked in Ernst & Young's Denver tax practice, where she developed experience serving public and private companies across multiple industries.
