Gregory A. Fletcher is a Partner of KBF Audit and a Managing Director of KBF Advisory, leading the firm's GAAP consulting and advisory practice. With decades of experience serving both public and privately held companies, Greg specializes in technical accounting, SEC reporting, financial reporting, and complex accounting advisory services across a variety of industries.

Greg works with clients on a broad range of accounting matters, including purchase accounting, SEC reporting, audit readiness, internal controls, and financial reporting projects. His experience collaborating with both clients and Big Four audit firms has made him a trusted advisor on complex accounting issues, helping organizations navigate technical requirements while supporting successful transactions and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining KBF, Greg spent his career with several Big Four accounting firms, advancing to the senior manager level before bringing his technical experience to KBF. He has assisted numerous companies through successful public offerings and SEC registration processes and has led purchase accounting projects for transactions ranging from $10 million to $800 million. His industry experience spans software, SaaS, technology, biotechnology, and manufacturing, providing clients with valuable insight into both technical accounting requirements and industry best practices.
