Jeff Storch

Jeff Storch is a Senior Director at KBF Advisory with nearly 20 years of experience providing corporate tax accounting, compliance, and consulting services to public and private companies. His practice focuses on ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, serving organizations ranging from early-stage startups to multinational corporations.

Jeff advises clients on income tax accounting, federal, state, and international tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods, IRS examinations, and strategic tax planning. He also works extensively with multinational companies on inbound and outbound U.S. transactions, helping clients navigate complex domestic and cross-border tax matters.

Prior to joining KBF in 2023, Jeff held tax leadership roles with Big Four accounting firms, where he advised clients across a wide range of industries on technical tax accounting and compliance matters. His practical approach and broad technical experience enable him to provide thoughtful, solutions-focused guidance tailored to each client's business objectives.
