Mark R. Krueger is a Managing Director at KBF Advisory with extensive experience advising public and private companies on domestic and international tax matters. As one of the firm's international tax leaders, Mark specializes in outsourced tax department services, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, international tax planning, and complex cross-border tax consulting.

Mark partners with clients on a broad range of tax matters, including international tax reporting, federal tax compliance, tax provision preparation, and business advisory services. He also serves as KBF's primary international tax resource, helping clients navigate complex global tax issues while advising on international tax forms, filings, and technical ASC 740 matters.

Before joining KBF, Mark was an International Tax Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seattle, where he advised many of the firm's largest public and private clients on international and domestic tax planning, tax accounting, and business transactions. During his time at PwC, he also played an active role in the firm's national training program, teaching courses on ASC 740, business combinations, mergers and acquisitions, partnership taxation, and international tax topics.
