Pamela S. Talbot

Pamela S. Talbot is a Managing Director at KBF Advisory with more than 20 years of experience providing corporate tax accounting and consulting services to public and private companies. She specializes in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, outsourced tax department services, and complex federal tax consulting, helping organizations improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their tax functions.

Pam works closely with clients on income tax accounting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, consolidated return planning, and domestic and international tax matters. Her experience also includes financial accounting and audit, allowing her to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on complex accounting and tax issues.

Before joining KBF, Pam held leadership positions with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving clients across a diverse range of industries. In addition to her public accounting experience, she has worked in corporate financial accounting, giving her valuable insight into the operational challenges faced by in-house tax departments.
