Payton Wayne is a Director at KBF Advisory and leads the firm's Managed Accounting Services practice. With experience spanning public accounting and executive financial leadership, he helps organizations strengthen their accounting functions through practical, scalable financial solutions.

Payton works with publicly traded, private equity-backed, and privately held companies to improve accounting operations, financial reporting, and organizational processes. His background as both an auditor and corporate finance executive provides valuable insight into the challenges businesses face as they grow and evolve.

Before joining KBF, Payton began his career in PwC's audit practice before transitioning into industry, where he held accounting leadership positions with McCormick & Schmick's, Erickson Air-Crane, Superwinch, and Tyree Oil. Throughout his career, he progressed to Chief Financial Officer, leading accounting teams and supporting organizations through public reporting, growth initiatives, and operational transformation.
