Renee Schlachter

Renee Schlachter is the Human Resources Director at KBF Advisory, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, primarily within the software and high-tech industries. Throughout her career, she has focused on shaping the employee experience and building people-centered cultures that support both employees and business growth.

At KBF, Renee leads global human resources, shaping people strategies across talent acquisition, total rewards, talent and organizational development, and workplace culture. Her focus is on creating a positive employee experience while supporting KBF’s continued growth and success.

Prior to joining KBF in 2025, Renee served as VP of People & Culture at Extensis. Her experience includes guiding organizations through growth, acquisitions, and change, while developing people strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
