Ryan Wang

Ryan Wang is a Director at KBF Advisory with more than a decade of experience providing corporate tax accounting, compliance, and consulting services to emerging growth companies and multinational organizations. He advises clients throughout every stage of the business lifecycle, from early-stage growth through public offerings and strategic transactions.

Ryan's practice focuses on ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, tax compliance, federal and state tax consulting, audit defense, mergers and acquisitions, accounting method planning, and international tax matters. Based in Guangzhou, China, he advises clients throughout the Greater China and Asia-Pacific region on U.S. tax matters while overseeing operations for KBF's Philippines office. His experience spans technology, venture-backed companies, and multinational enterprises with complex cross-border operations.

Before joining KBF, Ryan was with EY's tax practice in Las Vegas, where he advised clients on a broad range of corporate tax matters. His international perspective and technical experience enable him to help organizations successfully navigate increasingly complex global tax environments.
