Scott Fouser

Scott joins KBF to help lead and develop the firm’s real estate advisory practice, bringing over 30 years of experience as an owner, operator, and investor across multiple asset types. He is the founder of RealNet Investments (2x Inc. 500 Honoree), where he has worked with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and operating partners on the acquisition, financing, development, management & disposition of real estate across multiple states. His experience spans residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and specialized assets.

Scott takes an owner-led approach. He assesses risk, existing debt, capital alternatives, and market dynamics—translating those insights into more balanced portfolio strategies that align with their return, lifestyle, and family objectives. He has also been involved in building and advising early-stage companies in the proptech and insurtech spaces.
