Scott brings more than 30 years of experience as a real estate owner, operator, investor, and entrepreneur, with a background spanning commercial and multifamily real estate across 11 states and more than $1 billion in transactions and projects. As Head of KBF's Real Estate Advisory practice, Scott works with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, sponsors, operators, and real estate-dependent businesses to evaluate real estate within the broader context of portfolio strategy, capital planning, and long-term objectives.

Scott is the founder and principal of RealNet Investments, where he has structured commercial real estate investments across multiple asset classes, with experience in acquisition, development, operations, financing, and disposition. RealNet grew to more than $40 million in annual revenue and owned and operated assets across multiple states, earning recognition from Inc. Magazine as one of the country's fastest-growing private companies. Scott has also founded and advised businesses in the real estate, property technology, and insurance technology sectors.

His real estate experience includes residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and specialized assets. Scott takes an owner-focused approach to advisory, evaluating factors such as risk, leverage, debt, capital allocation, and market conditions to help clients develop portfolio strategies aligned with their financial and long-term objectives. He also serves as a strategic advisor to Househappy and has held leadership and advisory roles with several early-stage companies and organizations.
