Shawn Duffy

Shawn Duffy brings more than two decades of leadership in data, analytics, and information technology. Based in Oregon, he joins KBF with a track record of helping organizations turn data into strategic, actionable insights. Over his 24-year career, Shawn has led digital and data transformation initiatives for companies in professional services, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.  As Co-Founder and Practice Lead at Baleen Data, a branded division of Geffen Mesher, he helped small and mid-sized businesses modernize their data infrastructure and align insights with key performance goals. He previously served as an equity Partner and CIO at Axian, where he scaled the firm’s Data & Analytics practice. Earlier in his career, he worked with Hitachi Consulting, delivering enterprise data solutions to dozens of Fortune 100 and 500 clients across North America.  Shawn is also an adjunct instructor and capstone advisor at Portland State University’s Graduate School of Business, where he brings practical industry experience into the classroom.
