Joel Dullum

Joel Dullum is a Managing Director at KBF Advisory with more than two decades of experience providing corporate tax and accounting services to public and private companies. He specializes in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, outsourced tax department services, tax compliance, and strategic tax consulting, serving clients across a variety of industries.

Joel advises clients on complex tax accounting matters, including purchase accounting, uncertain tax positions, stock-based compensation, and international tax transactions. He also oversees outsourced tax compliance and consulting engagements, helping organizations streamline their tax functions while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining KBF in 2014, Joel was a Senior Tax Manager with KPMG's Portland tax practice, where he advised corporate clients on a broad range of tax planning and compliance matters. His combination of technical experience and practical problem-solving enables him to provide thoughtful guidance that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives.
